There is no way to customize the Kindle Paperwhite. If you decide to go with the bundle, you’ll receive the black version, with Wi-Fi and special offers.
The deal is valid for the version of Kindle Paperwhite sold in the US, and is limited in time. However, no end date is revealed. It could be an ongoing offer, if it gets enough attention (and, maybe, it will be extended to other Kindle models, as well). On the other side, it may end pretty soon, for instance, when the new price cut is offered for Kindle Paperwhite (Amazon Prime Day 2017?)
